In Dragon Ball Super, the evil Beerus is back and Whis is now his angelic attendant. He’s started searching the universe looking for “Super Saiyan God” and gotten assistance from Gokuu Son, one of the planet’s top warriors. While he and Gokuu Son are fighting, Son becomes meek and works only with Whis. As the fight goes on, the terms get more and more nonsensical the less Whis knows. The writers must have realized that this would be a problem because they released the 16 episode English Dubbed version of Dragon Ball Super yesterday! The first three episodes are just so meh- looking where the series is going but… Episode 16 is anything but meh. The new development team is great and all, but this show needs to take a break while it has something better to do.
